I will guide you through three powerful methods for energizing your whole body, and dive into a peaceful inner stillness. You will meet yourself with respect and self-love, the methods naturally take us beyond our thoughts and deeper into our subconscious.  

These methods enhance our awareness and soul connection with the purpose of living more present and in tune with our true power. Athletes and dancers often appreciate the breathing techniques as they are more active and dynamic, increasing capacity for sports and also deepening your inner connection both physically and mentally."

PRANAYAMA - BREATHING

Let ancient yogic breathing techniques balance the body's energies (chakras) and promote your physical, mental, and emotional health. The breath increases your lung capacity and oxygen absorption ability, as well as elevates your life energy.  An other level for athletes as well. Pranayama is a preparation for meditation. My Yogi in India said that we do not meditate, we fall into meditation with the help of or through the Pranayama. (breathing)

MEDITATION

Meditation and visualization help us achieve stillness and presence, as well as deeper inner connection. This, in turn, also impacts the body and mind, improving concentration, focus, creativity, and awareness, while balancing thoughts, emotions, body, and soul. Meditation also has positive effects on the structure and function of the brain. I will guide you into a wonderful exploration of yourself and your soul.

SOUNDHEALING 

I use instruments from the Shamanic and Yogic traditions. Music therapy/sound healing goes beyond our thoughts and into our subconscious through various vibrations. These frequencies help heal mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages and/or trauma. The instruments support the body and mind in improving sleep, mood, focus, and presence, as well as relieving pain, stress, and anxiety while you rest in peace.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE ANNA UGANDER

Anna has been working with personal development for 25 years, including as a wellness consultant, personal trainer, and mental coach at an elite level. She also has credentials as an elite athlete, having competed in the World Championships in Fitness, and appeared as the Gladiator 'Nova' on Swedish televison.

She has experience of a severe burnout, and through a horse accident an 'another realm' that has had a profound impact on her life.  Anna has a background as a therapist (including couples therapy), coach, supervisor, and educator in Self-Leadership.Since 2009, she has been a leadership consultant, coaching leaders, CEOs, and developing teams, managers, and executive groups in international companies such as IKEA and Eon.

Her knowledge and experience in leadership, yoga, breathwork and meditation, have led her to successfully hold retreats in personal and spiritual development around the world for 20 years, . Anna have also had the honor to learn from ancient wisdom (from shamans in Mexico, USA, and Sweden) and have had shamanic retreats in Mexico for 10 years.

She is appreciated for her presence, intuition, and ability to sense what IS, with both an obvious directness and softness at the same time.  Anna has a positive energy and do the transformational work with more ease.
